The view from the rooftop bar was great, the woman that checked us in at night was very nice and accommodating, being in queens was important for us because we had an early flight, the walk to the 7 was easy. Shower was spacious

Very nice and clean inside! I stayed by myself and the room was well kept and like the photos. front desk staff were very nice and accommodating for anything needed. Would definitely stay again if I'm back in the area. Clean, good priced hotel and the resturant/bar inside had good food and drinks :)

Super clean and sleek! The lobby and common areas were really beautiful and the room itself was really modern and had a cozy loft feel. The complimentary glass of wine at the restaurant was a very welcome surprise after having a flight cancelled, and the water pressure in the shower was quite literally AMAZING and felt like a massage. I could have fallen asleep in there.

The minimalist feel, the stripped back look of concrete ceiling and fence painted walk! Staff very good across the board. Showed superb. The Manhattan view (lucky we had a thunderstorm to watch!). Complimentary wine & am coffee.

The view! Wonderful skyline view from our 10th floor room. Very comfortable beds. Big room. Nice bathroom with good shower. We stayed in the corner room with 3 adult and that was very ok. Comfortable 3rd bed. Very well located close to 2 subways, in 20 minutes you reach central park. Nice “quiet” area with coffeeshop, deli, restaurant. Nice to come “home” in this area after busy day in the city. Very friendly and helpful front desk . Nice lobby bar with free (good) coffee in the morning. Expensive compared to non US cities but compared to other hotels in NYC good value for money. We liked the industrial style decoration!

Exceptional views from upper floors. Comfortable bed and nice shower. Nice food from the restaurant. Very close to 7, E, F, N, R and W lines. Staff were excellent throughout our stay. Very helpful and also took delivery of a package.

The staff was fantastic, Daviel,Sofie, Sofive(spelling is off) and the rest of the staff. The location was excellent 3 blocks from the subway so easy to get to Manhattan. Great view of Manhattan.

Fabulous room with an entire window wall bringing in tons of daylight and a large bathroom. The hotel was quiet. The lobby offers a nice gathering space and areas to work. The walk to the subway is <10 min.
